In this workshop we’ll define terminology such as mobility, flexibility, and stability. We’ll also delve into the concept of load and learn why resistance is a critical component to build resiliency in our bodies. We’ll explore how yoga poses translate load, and in the context of overall health, how yoga asana may not be addressing all of our “nutritional movement” needs.
