Take your practice to new heights during a 75-minute practice!
This dynamic and challenging session is designed for yoga & movement enthusiasts seeking to refine their skills and build strength, mobility, breathing control, and focus. Together we'll move and breathe mindfully as we incorporate fundamental skills in preparation for a Peak pose. Variations will be offered throughout class, but experience with flow or power yoga is highly encouraged.
