Can’t make it to a public class, or need a mid-day break from the daily office grind? Let’s set up a small group practice at your location with a few of your co-workers. Conference rooms and patios work well. Class size limited to 6 participants. Contact me for pricing.

Movement Adventures:

Pre-Hike Mobility Warm-Up + Hike + Recovery Yoga (3-5 hour event)

Yoga and Hiking are two of my favorite things! Let’s set a playdate with your small group (up to 8 participants) for an adventure on one of our beautiful hiking trails in the Scottsdale area. Trailhead activating yoga movement will set us up for a comfortable hike, and recovery yoga at a nearby shaded park will help us to recover from the effort from our adventure. Monday 12:00 p.m. Mobility Snack
30-minute daily maintenance strategy to grease your gears (joints) for greater mobility. Areas of focus may include spine, shoulders, hips, ankles, and knees.


Wednesday 6:00 p.m. Rest & Restore Happier Hour
A grounding practice that will leave you feeling connected, calm, and content. Yoga Nidra may offered.

Friday 6:00 a.m. Strong & Slow Flow
Improve your strength, mobility, stability, and mental focus with the slow-moving vinyasa flow. Class will include a functional mobility warmup, yin-like cool down, and savasana.

 Saturday 10:00 a.m. Strong & Slow Flow
