Wednesday @ 6PM Rest and Restore

A grounding practice that will leave you felling connected, calm, and content. Yoga Nidra may be offered.

Friday @ 6PM Strong & Slow Flow

Improve your strength, mobility, stability, and mental focus with slow-moving vinyasa flow. Class will include a functional mobility warm up, yin-like cool down, and savasana.

Saturday @ 10AM Strong & Slow Flow

Improve your strength, mobility, stability, and mental focus with slow-moving vinyasa flow. Class will include a functional mobility warm up, yin-like cool down, and savasana.
