Applying Mobility Principles

This workshop offers a joint-by-joint exploration of mobility, emphasizing primary joint actions and anatomical terminology. We'll connect these principles with yoga by reviewing biotensegrity and discussing how tissues adapt to loading. This ties back to the foundational concepts from the Own Your Range of Motion workshop and is preceded by a full body Mobility-Infused Asana practice.
